Guarantee will be VOID (no refund will be given) if:

Do not respond to LV team's calls for taking feedback / fixing meetings (needful supporting evidence to reach shall be provided - Call Logs, emails, etc)
Do not show-up for the meeting (in case the meeting is cancelled within 24 hours of the fixed date after mail or verbal confirmation, it would be considered as No-Show & no refund policy will apply.)
If you are rejected by 3 or more clients after the Physical meetings arranged by LV.
Duplicacy of profile - if the customer attends the meeting arranged by LV, and the marriage is finalized, no refund will be issued even if the customer claims to have met the other party via some other matrimonial platform.
